Excellent school for serious students

First, let me say that I have been in martial arts for over 25 years. My first black belt is in TKD, and I wanted something more self-defense oriented. I have studied and taught at other Kenpo schools in Northern Colorado, and can say with no reservations that ASTK is THE place for students who are serious about Ed Parker's kenpo. Mr. Hughes is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about kenpo. And he is the ONLY American kenpo master in the state of Colorado. But be advised: Only serious students need apply. I cannot recommend Mr. Hughes' instruction highly enough.
