American Kenpo Karate is a great school because they teach you great self-defense and discipline. Sparring (fighting with protective equipment) is encouraged which helps with your reflexes, speed, stamina and technique. Therefore, if you ever need to use your Karate in the street you will be better prepared and you will not need to think about it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the school environment is nice. I highly recommend this school.
