Excellent teaching of self defense jiu jitsu

I started with AJJ in St. James about 15 years ago, and then I had to take some time off for financial and family reasons. Now, after a 12 year break, I am finally back and LOVING it. There is no attitude, no macho BS. The Senseis are really interested in teaching the art for self defense. As a teacher myself, I see some great plans in how they put their classes together, and always a great time.
I highly recommend AJJ St. James to anyone interested in self defense, of any age. Their kids classes are very well done. Just don't expect them to give your 10 year old a black belt like have heard happens in other places.
