BEWARE!!!!!!!

Too expensive =1400 yearly contract
only 1 instructor and only 2 hours available a day how are they gonna teach a whole class ???
Not professional trainers they just make up as they go
Gym equipment is all broken
They're gear is too expensive and very poorly made
Mats have fungus
Instructor ) is always late
Overall I did not learn anything here..not even how to defend my self and I stated the whole year!
Other students left after 1 month of bad teaching and did not receive a refund cus they sign a contract
They just want ur money
That's what these kind of people do
Train at an american MMA where it's done professional and honest

OWNER BIG TIME CHEIF TRAINER IN CHARGE SAYED KDABIE IS A VERY SKILLED WRESTLER AND MARTIAL ARTIST, YES ,
HOWEVER HE REFUSED TO TEACH WHAT HE KNOWS,,
IT COULD TAKE FOR EVER TO LEARN THE NECESSSARY MOVES AND SKILLS TO BE PROFICIENT ..
DONT BE IMPRESSED BY THE SIZE OF THE ROOM , QUALITY OF LESSONS IS IMPORTANT AS WELL.
WHO NEEDS TO WHERE SHIRTS WITH SAYED PICTURE ON THEM ??
THAT BOY SUFFERS FROM NARCISSUS COMPLEX FOR SURE !
HOW MANY OF THE STUDENTS CONTEND IN THE LOCAL SHOWS ?? SMOKERS??
AMATURE WRESTLING MATCHES??
THERE IS SOME KIND OF COMPETION EVERY WEEKEND AND HIS SCHOOL NEVER EVER SHOWS ,, YOU CAN COUNT ON MONTHLY BELT TESTING AND ALL WORK OUTS STOP FOR THIS $$$>>
SIMPLY SAID THIS JOINT IS A RIP OFF AND IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS !
