Still waiting on a refund....

I am sure it's a good company. However with our experience and delay of a refund were highly disappointed. We signed one day and cancelled within hours cause our daughter decided not to do it. Not to mention on our part was an accident to afford such a commitment. Now we still wait for our refund as they give us the run around. Amazing...
