Great training with a fantastic group of instructors. Master Konley is simply the best. I've watched my grandkids go from shy quiet kids to wonderful, outgoing, confident individuals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for more than martial arts training. Of course, the martial arts training is also superb! Great for the individual or for the whole family.
