American Aikido Institute

We are dedicated to providing self defense for real world applications. While our main style is Aikido, we also teach pressure point manipulations to disable an attacker. AAI teaches to attack an attack instead of defending against it. Our instructors bring over 100 years of martial arts experience to our students. We welcome all students who possess an open mind and willingness to learn.
