We area a Rural Nebraska Martial Arts Program dedicated to the teaching of practical, effective, and moral self-defense. Instruction is overseen by Senior Master Instructor Michael Rowe, 7th Dan.
Classes are taught at the Wahoo civic center with programs for children (ages 5-8), Youth (ages 9-12), and for Juniors & Adults (13 and up) .

Hwarang Program (Children ages 5-8) Tue & Thur 6:00 - 6:30
Youth Program (Ages 9-12) Tue & Thur 6:45 - 7:30
Junior/Adults (Ages 13+) Tue & Thur 7:45 - 8:30
