Highly recommend to anyone. Well discipline teaching emphasizes integrity, discipline, courage and self-worth teaching. Great teacher “Anne” and other well-qualified instructors. Classes for all levels.

Family training atmosphere for children as young as 4 to adults. Bully prevention training for children and personal safety for teens and adults. Life skills taught to all students.
The instructors are top notch and go the extra mile to care for their students. Master Anne takes the time with the kids, focusing with a holistic approach to build confidence and learn life skills for success. It’s amazing how a karate class and Real Essentials program accomplishes that.
