Our main styles is taekwondo and Aikido, but we integrate our styles. We also train in weapons, pressure point tactics, realistic self-defense, and Women’s and children’s specialized self-defense programs. We start children at age 3 ½ years old and up to adult. Wtrain our students with an individual approach realizing people are individuals have different strengths and weaknesses.
