The sensei is a real student of the matial arts and shares his knowledge. Class are interesting, instructive and help students of all levels to excel. I didn't start until my forties and my som and I still attenc after 12 years.

Our daughter studied there from the age of 6 to age 18 when she finally earned her black belt. What an accomplishment. Nick Cosantino is an excellent instructor. We highly recommend it.
