After 27 years of association with Aldan Judo School, I can say without hesitation that their motto, "Where Life is Taught" is spot on. .. Sensei Smyth cares deeply about her students and teaching them about Judo, fitness, and life. All ages will benefit substantially from such quality and caring instruction. Check it out!
