Pure Aikido. No contracts. No competitions. Aikido is perfect for the whole family as well as law enforcement professionals. Aikido Center of Sparta is a member dojo of Aikido Centers of New Jersey and has been in the Sparta/Newton area for nearly twenty years teaching traditional Aikido techniques and philosophy to adults, teens and children. Chief Instructor and Aikido Centers founder, Greg O'Connor is a world known forty-year dedicated Aikido practitioner and is the author of two internationally popular books on Aikido - The Aikido Student Handbook and The Elements of Aikido.

Our classes are co-ed with men, women and teens training in the same classes. Members also have the option of practicing at any of Aikido Centers' 7 locations throughout NJ and PA. Visitors are welcome. Refer to our website - www.AikidoCenters.com - for class times.
