Adult Classes
Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am to 11:15 am .Monday and Wednesday 6:00 to 7:10 pm ,7:15 pm to 8:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm ,7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday 8:45 am to 10:00 am ,2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Children’s Classes
Monday and Wednesday 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Saturday 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Saturday Weapons Class 7:00 am - 8:30 am
Sunday Adults only
Adults only first three Sundays of the Month 9:00 am - 11:00 am
