MARTIAL ARTS 1 (1 CREDIT)

This course will advance your knowledge of Aikido. Aikido is the power of a strong and united spirit, mind and body moving in harmony with everything around it. You will use your opponent’s energy to control and repel, using the dynamics of movement. Focus will also include teacher- student relationship, self-discovery and respect for others.

MARTIAL ARTS (NON-CREDIT)

This class is the same as Martial Arts I, but the non-credit option allows you to take the class without applying to the college. This class is open to all community members, 16 and older.
