The best traditional AIKIDO DOJO in the east bay, great kids classes, dedicated senior students who actually help beginners. Traditional IWAMA STYLE classes in the same location for 28 years. Pat Hendricks is a WORLD CLASS SENSEI and teaches international seminars throughout the year. She is also head of Division#1 of the CAA (California Aikido Association) which is directly connected to the Aikikai Hombu Dojo.
