I have been training at this Dojo for about 4 months now and I am very happy here. AoRV offers an amazing range of highly skilled teachers to provide an opportunity to "make of it what you put into it" type of experience. In the classes I see adaptability to provide new experiences to the proficient students while at the same time offering challenging situations to absolute beginners like myself. The other students are also extremely supportive and this all aggregates into a very comfortable environment where you can make your practice into whatever you will it to be. I also really enjoy the Zazen meditation classes and I am only beginning to discover the benefits of meditation and how it integrates into my daily life. I highly recommend this Dojo for professionalism, challenge, and experience.
