I love the overall environment. You get to train with a wide variety of people, as well as a wide variety of skill levels. The hours are set up to accomodate a wide range of work schedules, and you can come to as many classes as you like. Everyone is very helpful, and there is not a big emphasis in moving up in rank. It is a great place to get in shape and learn how to defend yourself at the same time.
