Semi-retired Sifu-- Training is private, at home studio where my wife and I live. I teach softly, not hard core. I am a techniques expert. I teach all belt rank self-defense techniques through sixth degree black. Effective ground techniques are included. These are techniques that are meant to get you off the ground and back onto your feet in seconds. I do not test, I teach you the material and after you practice it, we go onto another one. It's up to you how effective you get by how much you train at home.

Programs & Class Schedule

I teach only in the afternoons. Which day, can be figured out. If you learn belt rank techniques including weapons and ground, I will give you a written example of that technique for your practice. Also one hour Self-Defense course: Email for more info. Standing and ground techniques, joint locks and weapons all included in rank materials.
Study of all rank material with no testing, but must be able to perform them properly from the manual.
