I absolutely LOVE this school! When I was younger I went to two different martial arts schools (11 years ago)...but if I knew about this school I wouldn't have had to ever go to another school again!!! I haven't lost any weight (I didn't need to loose, just tone), but I have lost 1/2 inch in my hips ( I am a female, and mother of 2...so I care about the hips!) and I have a four pack! I had a flat stomach with just the line down the middle (little divider I call it) but now I have major definition! Obliques and abs look nice and defined, not to mention my thighs and calves are tight and more defined...(Put it this way, my husband says I look better than I did when we dated and that was 11 years and 2 kids ago!) Whatever your goals...confidence, appearance, or goin pro....Ahrang Martial Arts can help you reach your dreams! Master Lee knows how to push you to your full potential. My son (8) is in the Taekwondo classes and loves them! Master Lee is very good with the kids and helps them with self-defense, self-confidence, self-respect, physical fitness, and respect for others...and many other things. My son doesn't want to miss a class, he is so excited to go. I can't say enough about this school and how happy I am there! I tell everyone I have a chance to talk with about it! My daughter (4) just started taking it, and loves it as well. Master Lee is so sweet with the little ones, yet still has the ability to teach taekwondo skills as well as respect. I didn't want to push my daughter (she is shy) to do the classes, so finally after around 4 months of seeing her brother and I do it, she decided to give it a try (while she is on summer break from ballet)...and she said she loves it (maybe even more than ballet?!) It is only a bonus that he is from Korea! Master Lee is the real deal! Black belts aren't given away here....its only for the truly dedicated trainer (or parent in my son and daughters case). Don't take my word for it, take a free class and see for yourself, like I did!
