Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Action Karate Whitehall:
Programs & Class Schedule
Ninja Sharks: This program is for ages 3 thru 6. It uses Karate to develop core skills like balance, focus and discipline.
Jr Black Belt Program: This program is for ages 7 thru 12. It is designed to teach the fundamentals of Karate at an age appropriate level while allowing the students to work toward their Jr Black Belt. Our character enrichment program helps students to develop confidence, control and respect.
Sr Black Belt Program: This program is for teenagers and adults. It covers in depth self-defense, physical fitness and personal development and is suitable for all fitness levels.
