Kids Karate Ages 6+:
For kids ages 6 and older, these karate classes teach self-defense, respect, and self-discipline. With 45-minute sessions, students will build confidence, improve fitness, and stay active, with the opportunity to progress through belt ranks as they develop their skills.
Karate for Adults:
Our adult karate classes offer a great way to stay fit, reduce stress, and learn self-defense. Each class lasts 45 minutes and focuses on self-discipline, strength, and technique. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, we support your journey toward personal growth in martial arts.
Special Needs Karate:
We provide individualized one-on-one karate lessons for students with special needs. These 30-minute sessions are tailored to the individual’s abilities, focusing on self-discipline, coordination, and confidence, with input from caregivers and therapists to ensure a personalized approach.
Karate Birthday Parties:
Our karate-themed birthday parties are a fun and unique way to celebrate! Each party lasts 1.5 hours and includes games, karate activities, and an introduction to martial arts. With a maximum of 20 children per party, appointments need to be made 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
