High quality instruction, state of the art facility and very traditional. Exercises are vary challenging but make the student stronger. Students get pushed to their limits and there is no giving up within the walls of the school. Instructurs are very professional and give individulal attention to every students.I got stronger, and it's not even been 1 year of training. Anyone who wants to improve their martial arts training please try this school and see the benefits by themselves.
