I recommend this martial arts place to anybody. The Littlejohns are the nicest people i have met. This place is legit. The tae kwon do or karate which you prefer is legit, they also teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu too, if your over thirteen. At any age the is the place to learn self-defense. So I highly recommend this place to any one looking for exerecise or self-defense
