Sifu Trey Crake and his senior students run an excellent kwoon. The classes are accessible to students of all ages and all ranges of natural ability, and the instruction is tailored to the students so that anybody who desires to learn martial arts is able to excel. The student body is diverse, friendly, and welcoming. The curriculum material is rigorously documented and taught in a systematic and progressive manner. The school provides a large variety of training equipment and instruction in its appropriate usage. Separate classes are available for small children, youth, and adults, with each focusing on material appropriate for those age groups. Students are trained in traditional Chinese kung fu with a strong emphasis on self defense applications and practical usage of the skills acquired in class.
