Wouldn't Want to Attend This School Based on the Outward Appearance

They have police/crime scene tape/caution tape blocking the entrance of their building. I know it is not the location of a crime scene, so why would you want to put the tape up and leave it? It is very bad for business. People walking by will just think that it is an empty building. Who would want to take lessons from a place that looks like that? (Please note I have not attended the school, but had to select a rating, so I just selected the first radio boxes)
