Master Barry Goodman is the highest ranking active member of Combat Hapkido in the state of New Jersey. He is the author of the best selling book on the martial arts, "Analyze the Threat. " He teaches private classes, mostly one on one. He is a member of Black belt magazine s Hall of Fame.
This art places emphasis on immediately application; additionally, instruction is taught according to the standards of the art's founders. If quick practical self defense and a legitimate sanctioned ranking system is what you seek: In my humble opinion, you will not find any dojo in this area that will fulfill your expectations. ..safe, quick and efficient. This is not MMA, but practical self defense for all ages. The only requirement is come as you are and a smile :)
