I have been training with Coach G for more than a year now on and off and he's the sweetest coach ever. I follow him to every gym he works at including this new one. If you want results and to feel good about yourself, he's the coach for you. He pushes me and motivates me when I'm not feeling 100%. I go to his classes even when I'm don't feel like it because I know I'm going to feel really good and exhilarated afterwards.Plus the classes are so much fun! This gym is my sanctuary. It makes me feel alive when the daily routine of life tries to wear me down.
