Shotokan Karate of Arizona
We are a fully accredited martial art school founded in 1971 under the leadership of our chief instructor, Chuck Coburn. Sensei Coburn is a 7th degree black belt with over 46 years of experience. We offer instruction for adults and youth in Traditional Japanese Shôtôkan Karate. Whether you are interested in self defense, competition, physical fitness, relieving stress, or obtaining mental well being and awareness, our school offers you the very best. Many of our members have been training with us for over 30+ years. Our members come from Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff and throughout Arizona to train with us. Families & Classes: Family members often train together on the same floor, for their convenience. We also provide adults and youth the opportunity to train separately, at the same time, because we have two separate training rooms. Our Dojo is the best of all worlds!
We offer classes 6 days a week with no contracts!
