I have been searching for a place that would accommodate my busy schedule and provide excellent instructions...I have found that and more in A & W Martial Arts Academy. Sensei Prescott is a humble man, yet he has accomplished soo much! I thank him for being not only a soldier but an Airborne Ranger who has been in serious combat and he knows how to apply and teach the combat arts. If you are looking for quality instructions that will accommodate your schedule, then you need to come to A & W Fitness and Martial Arts Center in Valdosta Georgia!
