Learned a lot through this program and it definitely encourages people to know more about self-defense. I love all of the techniques I have learned and the instructor makes it really fun while keeping it realistic. I would recommend this class to anyone of any age !

Mr. Velez is a excellent professional ATA martial arts instructor with the fullest knowledge and experience . I highly recommend anyone to join the best program ever!

Mr. Velez is a great instructor. Classes are structured, yet fun and educational. Mr. Velez encourages the kid to do their best and gets excited with them when they rise to the challenge. I definitely recommend ATA Legacy Martial Arts of Hampstead.

Life skills teaching. Honesty, respect, perseverance, confidence, self control just to name a few!
This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my son!
