We offer morning or evening kickboxing classes for teens and adults and Taekwondo classes for kids 3+ and adults. Additionally, we offer both a summer and after-school program.
Owner and head instructor Mr. Steven Shebar is a certified instructor and has been a black belt in Taekwondo since 1987. Mr. Shebar has a record of success; he has led several students to be State Champions.

Kick Boxing & Tae Kwon Do classes are available in Pompano Beach for children and adults. Daytime and evening classes offered all year round on various weekdays.
