Not a Good Fit for Martial Arts Student that want Real Instruction

I just heard about this martial arts review site and I wanted to chime in on what let down this school is. I am the disabled veteran that another poster commented on and its true that we were asked to leave after we complained that they furnished my family the wrong size uniforms (which they refuse to replace) and the quality of instruction. When we signed up, we paid top dollar for their highest level of membership; as long as we did what we were told, paid our monthly dues, donated our money and free time to help finance the school, everything was ok. However when we started to have concerns that the level of instruction was falling off and students are being treated disrespectfully by instructors, we were told to leave. This whole school is less about instruction and more about bleeding every dollar they can out of you. There are alot of great martial arts schools in Indianapolis, this place isn't one of them. Go anywhere but here.

This School is a Huge Letdown

Once you get past the used car salesman pitch they dump on you, this school goes down hill fast. The instruction is all over the place and inconsistent. I attended a couple of classes a month for 8 months and found the instructors rude and disengaged. They actually sit on their a**es during class and bark out instruction. During a sparring class I watched an adult hit a friend of mine's kid as hard as he could and this head instructor Hess didn't do a damn thing about it. My biggest complaint is last month a family of a disabled American veteran was told to leave the school when they complained about some of the instruction and the fact that the uniforms they paid over $100/piece for were too small and were falling apart. This family donated tons of time and money to help this school move into a new facility and they were told to leave. Unless you have the most expensive membership package, they will treat you like garbage. If you want take martial arts go elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THESE NUT JOBS!

They truly care about their students!!
I went in to the school about a year ago so my son could try a free class. They went out of their way to work with so I could attend because my work situation limits my days i could go in. It didn't work out at the time, but I just went back in and the same instructors were their and they offerred me the same kindness and flexibillity with my schedule. My son loves it, we have been there for about 3 months now. Very affordable and you can attend class every day if you want to.
