Regardless of your level of fitness, or prior martial arts training there is something at this school for everyone at every age.
Bernie is a very unique individual with insights on many aspects of fitness and body mechanics.
I would suggest for anyone to try our a week and the workout class.
I trained before started a company and had children. Now both of my sons train here.
