Programs & Class Schedule
KIDS TAEKWONDO
Our TKD classes, ages 6-13 years, focuses on building self-discipline and confidence, respect for self and others, plus greatly improved physical, mental and emotional health. Kids will be immersed in a culture of self-discipline, as they hear the definition repeated throughout classes. They will be able to apply this to every day life, which will in turn lead to achievement across the board: in school, in sports, and more.

Tues. & Thurs. 4:30 - 5:15 pm
ADULT KENPO KARATE
Since 1996 Curtis Abernathy offers a variety of fighting methods in order to make you into a complete fighter. The base system that he teaches is Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate. Also taught as complimentary fighting systems of Filipino stick and knife fighting system of Kali, Escrima and Arnis. Both stand-up fighting as well as ground-fighting methods of self-defense will produce a well-rounded street savvy fighter.

CARDIO KICKBOXING
A combination of punching, kicking and body conditioning that will improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. Our cardio kickboxing routines are characterized by their high intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery periods of resistance training that burns up to 1000 calories.
Our one-hour classes are fun! Set to upbeat music, our energetic instructors keep you from being bored by challenging your mind and your body. Be ready to push yourself!
