From personal experience the head instructor thinks his school is the only kenpo school around
Classes are short and only two times per week other schools for better teaching and more time and for less money compare to this school.

My daughters were in grammar school in middle school when they went to whirlwind they were involved for many years it's great discipline and a great confidence builder not to mention it's a great exercise in a fantastic, safe, healthy, enriching, and encouraging, environment. My daughters are now in their late twenties with families of their own. And we are all looking forward to bringing the next generation to whirlwind
