AMMS Southbay, a branch of the Academy of Mixed Martial Science in West Los Angeles, is a Mixed Martial Arts school and self-mastery program in Hawthorne, California. More than a typical Muay Thai or MMA gym, AMMS is a martial academy, similar to a private school. Our Adult MMA members and Kids Karate students become part of a tradition, a lineage, and a lifestyle, testing through several ranks and following a precise and intricately developed curriculum to not only develop the most well-rounded martial arts practitioners, but to develop more confident, thoughtful, and self-aware human beings.
