Shihan Lyle & Sensei Tami are very good with children. Not just teaching them martial arts but giving them powerful tools for success in life! I highly recommend this program especially for single parents..

There is no where else in southern Il. you can get treated like family while gaining knowledge from a Hall Of Fame Master..

My 5 year old daughter is a student @5Rings and absolutely loves it. As a homeschooler she enjoys the interaction and we have faith in the structure, discipline and values represented at this Dojo.
A wonderful place for kids and adults to learn Mixed Matial Arts.

this dojo not only teaches karate & more to all ages, also works closly with childrens' behavior issues! helps to keep kids school attention, manners, and self esteem !!!!!

Both my son and I attend classes at 5RMMA. The school has been a great challenge and I have learned a lot in the Adult program. I know for myself, I am really surprised how much I have learned and how patient Shihan Lyle has been with myself as well as other students to make sure that we learn the material well.

Not only do the students have the best instructors, they also have an extended family. Not only do they teach karate, they teach many life lessons and have fun doing it. If you are looking for a place to be taught mixed martial arts, 5 rings mixed martial arts is the place to be. Love it.

My grandaughter takes Martial Arts here, she is three. I was very impressed with the teachers. I also took a Women's Self Defense class and feel much more confident in my ability to defend myself. I recommend this school to everyone, especially the Self Defense.

Icredible adult programs and second to none with children.
both of my kids are students and so am i. 5RMMA has been a wonderful learning experience for my boys. not only has it helped in self defense for them but also helped with my son who has adhd. they help with discipline thru the school system as well. everybody is treated like family at 5RMMA!!it is a great place to learn and make friends.
