Programs & Class Schedule
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Combatives: is our beginner program for adults who are looking to do jiu-Jitsu. In this program, you will learn the core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. Each lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience and, since safety is our number one concern, there is no competitive sparring in this program. For Men, Women and Children 6-90. Classes are Tuesday/Thursday 7-9 pm and Sundays 11-Noon
Jeet Kune Do: In this style, we focus on Bruce Lee’s concepts, his techniques, methods for fighting and approach to training. The advantage to using this style as opposed to other systems of martial arts is its totally adaptable to different student types and different situations. These training methods are used to help students prepare for any situation and since violent attacks do not always happen in desirable conditions, such as outside, parties, parking lots, etc., it is a very effective and practical art for everyone. Tues/Thursday 6-7:00 pm and Saturday from 10-11:30 am
Kali, Escrima & Arnis: Kali is an extremely practical martial art that originated in the Philippines . It utilizes weapons of all different lengths and sizes, which include bladed and blunt weapons and includes empty hands training that use feet, hands, knees, elbows, throws, grappling, joint locking, pressure points, and in many other weapons.
Kali is one of the few martial arts that actually starts training with weapons first and then makes the transition to empty hands training. It is highly effective, versatile, and practical. Monday/Wed from 7-8pm and Saturday from 10-11:30 am
