Very good and detailed instructions. Easy for any student to keep up and grasp even the more advanced techniques. Very professional and besides emphasizing the sport aspect they also teach the Self Defense aspect. If you are interested in any martial arts, you must stop by and give them a try. Their monthly fee is also the most affordable in the area.
