Kurt Steinke is at master rank or higher in 9 martial arts, training for 20 years, and is a member of the Tai Ki Budo Kai martial arts federation. Kurt and Alanna Steinke are personal trainers certified by both NESTA and ACT & certified by the Genkido Federation in JiShin Pilates. Her martial arts training includes Karate-jutsu, Jujutsu and Hapkido. She is an assistant instructor in Hapkido. Both are trained in cardio-kickboxing and Mr. Steinke has taught this exercise program locally and across the country for the past 8 years.

Programs & Class Schedule
Martial Arts classes for ages 4 through adult. Primary art is Hapkido. Classes are held Mon - Thurs in the afternoons and evenings, with occasional special programming on the weekends. Family rates and monthly promotional deals available.

Cardio kickboxing, Pilates, and Boot Camp classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, and personal training is available by appointment.
Free Community programs:
The PAINE Program - youth development program for at-risk youth, includes citizenship, life skills, self-defense, strategy, visual and music arts, and community service.
Open Mic - Acoustic music performances and open jams for anybody who enjoys playing or listening to live music.
