Traditional karate has been taught at this dojo since 1985. All aspects of traditonal karate, kata, and weapons. Mind, Body, and spirit. It has been said that if you teach a man to fish he will be able to eat throughout his life. Sensei says "Teach a man to fight and he will know he should walk away."
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Den of the Tiger:
Presently classes are Monday and Thursday nights. We are located in the Ottawa VFW. The youth class which is 16 years of age and under. The youth class starts at 5:30-6:30 pm. Open training starts at 6:30-7:00pm with the adult class starting at 7:00-8:00
