ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Senior Instructor Timothy J. Faasse, a 4th Degree Black Belt, has studied martial arts for 35 years ranging from Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, Arnis, Escrima, Kali and JKD to name a few with his base art being 26 years in Kenpo Karate.
WHAT IS KENPO MAX FITNESS
Kenpo MAX-Fitness is used as a high-intensity cardiovascular self defense workout. Kenpo MAX-Fitness is packed with lots of basic self defense moves like punching and kicking combinations to improve balance, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Senior Instructor, Timothy James Faasse, the creator of Kenpo MAX-Fitness, leads each class guiding you through each exercise and instructs you how to perform each self defense movement with precision and control.

The Kenpo Martial Arts inspired 30 minute warm-up routines fused into each self defense class will give a well-rounded core workout, since you will utilize your abs to lift your legs during kicks, and twist the obliques during punches.
