For children ages 3 to 12 as well as teens we offer a wide variety of classes that will help your child build motor skills, increase concentration, and develop the self confidence they will need to succeed in this ever changing world. All children's classes are specifically designed around children's endurance and concentration levels. The classes are divided into advanced, intermediate and beginner’s classes, so your child will get the personal attention they need and deserve. We take the time to get to know you and your child so we can help them achieve all their goals in life.
Our adult programs are designed to challenge all levels of fitness without feeling overwhelming. Our instructors will help to tailor the exercises to work within your fitness ability.Classes are built on a structure of cardio vascular conditioning, muscular strength and toning and flexibility using traditional martial arts training as the foundation. Through regular training, the mental benefits of the martial arts quickly become apparent as students notice improved focus and concentration, greater stress relief and management, improved confidence and an overall greater sense of well-being.
Cardio Fit Kickboxing takes the music, excitement and energy of an aerobics workout and does it one better. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced kick boxer, you will have a great workout and a fun time doing it!
