Mr. Woodall specializes in realistic training for children who are being bullied and adults who desire reality-based self-defense training. He is a retired Sacramento PD officer, is a certified instructor for law enforcement, has a Master's degree in Forensic (criminal) Psychology, has experience in early childhood education, and currently teaches in the criminal justice department at Heald College.
Mr. Woodall is our leading expert in sexual assault prevention and education. Woodall's is proud to be the trusted self-defense program used by Peace for Families and WEAVE. These two agencies are not only the largest but also the most respected agencies in our local community for their work with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Programs & Class Schedule
FREE private introductory lessons!
Children's classes (ages 7-12) and Adult classes (ages 13 and up) are offered Monday through Thursday, 4:30-7:30pm.
College Safety Courses for young women are available for groups of 4 or more, and are offered twice in summer and, if requested, on winter break.
Seminars are available onsite and off to businesses, churches, organizations, schools, and other groups.
Private lessons are available upon request.
The cost for group lessons begins at $89/month. There is no yearly contract to be locked into.
