Programs & Class Schedule

At West Coast Wing Chun, the entire Wing Chun system may be learned in depth, including all forms, fighting applications, philosophy & theory. This includes: Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, Bil Gee, Mook Yang Jong (Wooden Dummy), Luk Dim Boon Kwun (Long Pole) & Baat Cham Do (Butterfly Knives) .
Structure of classes moves from strict linear progression to increasingly circular (traditional) thus encouraging free thinking as the student progresses in his or her skill level and fighting maturity.
