Great place. Learning a lot about martial arts and movement in general that my other schools didn't bother with. Love this place!

Nice to find an instructor with an old-school attitude. No contracts, no promotions every month, no buying this or that to make more money, just a dojo to train in, sweat in, maybe a little blood, maybe some tears, but getting better every day!

Love the school...love the other students and love the teacher!
Great school. Very small classes. A LOT of individual attention! Only a two belt system (white and black), but you know those who are there are serious about their training and not just trying to get their next colored belt! The teacher teaches old traditions with a new outlook. Nothing is done "just because". DON'T go there if you have an aversion to a little pain. You WILL learn to tap out here!
