Washido Kan Martial Arts is a great place to train in Karate!

I've learned Kung Fu in China and seen how Washido Kan Martial Arts does their classes. I was impressed with the quality of training students of all ages. The primary focus is on self defense. One can also learn how to use blunt martial arts weapons there. It has been my experience that martial arts is to build confidence and physical fitness. This dojo certainly does that! After talking with Gary Nepper, I became even more interested in training in Karate there! Check this dojo out and if you want to find a place that helps build confidence, physical fitness and self defense, this is a great place to start! The prices are good with a high quality of Karate instruction!
