United Martial Arts is a school of Traditional Kung Fu. Traditional Kung Fu includes Tai Chi, BaguaZhang and a well-rounded set of self-defense skills. This encompasses Blocks & Counterstrikes against hand attacks, joint locks, throwing techniques and groundwork.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at United Martial Arts:
Adults: Weekdays - morning, afternoon & evening, Saturday-noon
Teens (age 13-17): Tuesday, Thursday-5 pm, Friday-6 pm, Saturday-11 am
Youth (age 8-12): Monday, Wednesday, Friday-5 pm, Saturday-10 am
Children (age 4-7): Wednesday-4:30 pm, Saturday-9 am
