This school is the great. My 2 sons have learned from the best. They now rank 1st and 2nd in the state. Darren Ingle and Greg are true professionals. I cannot say enough positive things about the school or the instructors.

the muay thai kickboxing instructor at umaoc is the best stand up trainer i have ever had the privilege to train with. Darren Ingle has top level training techniques that only the pros use. anyone in or around crossville thats intrested in mma or kickboxing should take advantage of the opportunity and go train at ultimate martial arts of crossville
While on vacation in Crossville paid a visit on Sat. At UMAOC. Had some great rolls with the Head instructor's, they are very knowledgeable and technical in the Gentle Art we love (BJJ).
